EB Games 2013 EXPO Run-Down

EB Expo 2013 Larger

Batman: Arkham Origins

Same classic Arkham gameplay, new detective vision felt like a gimmick.

Ratchet & Clank Into the Nexus

Awesome new guns, new gravity gadget could make for some cool puzzles.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag

Revamped ship controls and the graphics are stunning. New protagonist will probably less boring then Connor.

God of War + Crash Bandicoot + Katamari. The best first party launch title for the PS4

Great graphics, forgiving if you mess up. However it is not really my cup of tea.

Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate

The combat makes the transition to the handheld platform. But the stealth is boring and everything is embarrassingly linear.

Lego Marvel Superheroes

Lego with a Marvel skin. Not much innovation from this franchise.

Catapult King

3D Angry Birds, without the character and no alternate firing modes.

Octodad: Dadliest Catch

Very innovative control methods. Great physics, a must buy.

Very cool shadow mechanics with old school platforming. Worth a look.

It looks nice but it plays terribly and no ultimate goal besides explore but the game was so linear there it was like being cramped down a tiny corridor. With the corridor in a state of fluctuating gravity.

Blastin’ Bunnies

A game that is creative and oozing with charisma and charm that you probably won’t notice that the motion controls are gimmicky. Nice to Sony is handing a PS4 dev kit to a studio that might not make 10 million dollars.

Cubemen 2

A great fun little indie strategy game on the Wii U. If you own a WII U keep an eye on it.

Student Tank Game

A very fun tron-esc, top down, twin-stick, 4 player, arena shooter. If you are the developers keep up the good work!
